We are an established independent estate agent operated by an enthusiastic and friendly team, headed up by Tim Crowe.

WHAT WE DO

We specialise in the sale and letting of properties within a ten mile radius of Cranleigh. Because we are a small, local company we pride ourselves in offering a personal service covering all aspects of the property market. We have a thorough knowledge of the local area and can advise clients - particularly those re-locating from elsewhere - on schools, public transport systems, leisure complexes, shopping facilities and much, much more.

WHERE WE ARE

Our offices are situated in the centre of Cranleigh High Street. Cranleigh is England's largest village and, whilst retaining its village atmosphere it offers an extensive range of shops, schools and public amenities including a hospital, library, swimming pool and many other sporting facilities.

THE SURROUNDING AREAS

Guildford, Surrey's historic County Town, lies eight miles to the north of Cranleigh. Guildford's main line railway station serves many areas in the south of England, including Gatwick Airport, and runs frequent fast services to London Waterloo (35 minutes).

Other towns within the area include Godalming (another historic county town) and Horsham which offers a wide selection of individual and national shops.

In addition there are numerous, attractive 'picture postcard' villages including Shamley Green, Chiddingfold and Peaslake within a short distance. The surrounding countryside is ideally suited to those who enjoy country and outdoor pursuits such as riding and rambling.
